history
JLP Contractors was founded by Jorge Perez and began as a general contractor in 2011. Over the years, we have undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how, and experiences in project management and building trades enhancing our approach to design-built and remodel.
Today, JLP Contractors take on the role of main contractor for any type of projects including custom home, additions, interior renovations, kitchens, and other residential construction services. Taking into careful consideration the existing style of the home to ensure that an update or new addition maintains the same sense of design.

ABOUT THE Founder
Jorge Perez has over 20 years of residential and commercial construction experience in the Washington Metro region. He has worked in the most sought areas by architects and designers, as well as being a Project Manager with other local firms.
After years of perfecting his trade and developing his vision for execution, Jorge founded JLP Contractors, Inc. in 2011. His attention to detail, knowledge of projects ranging from historic preservation to modern design, and his personal attention to clients ensure nothing but the most exceptional client experience.
